I do that a fair bit near Winterton

Basically hit Winterton beach walk north behind the dunes, go a mile or two and there's no other bugger about at all, only thing to watch is seals when you transition to the beach for the return journey (if present, enleash hound, obvs). Lovely in this weather but actually in any weather it's magnificent when it's rainy and windy andso on.
