I'd like Carsley

Of the realistic options. I've done a bit of research, fully 5 mins, and I have decided I'm fully sold on Lee Carsley. He's worked with a lot of the young players, we made good progress when Southgate came in having done the same, but Carsley has also played wonderful football, and has tournament success experience. I think the idea of getting experienced managers with club success for years is not a necessary model for international teams. See the last winners of international tournaments (Argentina x2, Spain)
