I can relate to that, thought I would be back to work in a month

Was off for two and not full time for 4. The thoracic jacket didn't help, very uncomfortable, stopped me sleeping properly.

On the other hand I have not had to use the angina spray since the op, even on cold wet days and can do garden and DIY that I could not have done a year ago, so worth it.

I didn't go to rehab though I did do exercises from a local NHS rehab team site a couple of times a week for a couple of months alongside walking.
