I think lots of fans feel like this and probably have for sometime

Have been going to Scarborough games the last 4-5 years. It's ran by the fans after going bust in the early 2000's

After full time one game I was nattering away to my mate deciding what we were gonna do, and one of the players came over and shook my and thanked us for coming.

Different world altogether.


Today's players stand in a line 40m from the crowd and clap for a bit. Then Rio Ferdinand excitedly tells you all what an amazing close connection they have with the fans. Bull..........s**t
