Wimbledon will have known how they scheduled it was awful but didn’t care. Like I said, they made her decision for her.

I do agree it was a mistake to accept but also a bigger mistake to ask her if he was desperate to play mixed. But given she was asked, she probably thought he understood the risks given she’s not a Heather Watson who isn’t going deep in singles and could be a similar situation we see in tournaments all the time with withdrawals like this
