Tennis from 13 years ago, thanks to Mrs KC and her encyclopaedic junior event memory

In the main draw Amy lost to User Posted Link who was already playing a very high level of junior tennis. Her Dad played for Middlesex Cricket Club, I chatted to him about that when I met him

Then lost to Hannah Klugman’s sister Alice. Hannah lost in the final round of qualifying for Wimbledon this year.

Mimi Bland was also well up in the national junior rankings.

The winner was Sonay Kartal. Mrs KC chatted about her yesterday evening when she sent this tournament link to me, said she remembered her well as she sledgehammered the ball and hit it brilliantly. Amy played her a couple of times but Mrs KC hasn’t found the events as yet
