USAC's point about tribalism stands when it comes to the polarising tactics of these populist grifters; i'm so glad that side of youtube isnt the one i frequent but so appalled that so many are sucked in by it, young & old.

the elite have known for ages about divide & conquer: have them fight amongst themselves and blaming each other rather than looking in our direction.

the people have known this for ages yet either feel powerless to stop it - apathy another great tool that i've just been rallying against under a Limmy twitch stream clip on youtube - or are so entrenched in their tribe that they refuse to see reason or think any differently than the prescribed tribal boundaries.

part of the reason i came off twitter was its echo chamber effect and pointless point scoring back & forths between 'sides' of a debate/dog whistle issue.
