Whilst I agree and would make a bigger change

I’m not surprised he isn’t.

He must believe in his tactics or he wouldn’t have gone with them to start with. I think our best hope is he gets the most he possibly can out of our squad with the tactics he has confidence in.

Making a massive tactical change now would be strange, and I think the results could be even worse.
