I think he's ended up caught in no mans land with his tactics. We're not looking to dominate the ball, especially once in front, but equally we look ineffective on the break.

I'd be ok with keeping it tight if we had the ability to put an explosive counter attack together, but we can't. Real Madrid when playing Man City is the perfect example really, they kept it tight but constantly look a huge threat when they break.
