Not to make a big deal out of something that doesn’t matter, but

why have ITV gone for an American as their ‘rules expert’ at the Euros?

I mean, they did have three quarters of a billion people in Europe to choose from. I’d understand it better if this was an American sport that we were learning to play or something. But … that’s not really the case…
