Close season = load of s**t talked. Best advice is ignore all of it

If something happens then it will happen. But mostly it’s journos making s**t up and/or agents angling for more money (cf Kieran McKenna whose agent played a blinder recently). Most actual deals we will hear nothing about until after they’re actually done.
