He's vying to be PM of a country in which most people can't afford pay to jump the queue.

If I was a millionaire vying to be PM I'd probably also accept that I shouldn't be using my wealth to jump the queue over people who cant afford it, and might have voted for me expecting me to make those queues shorter.
