they need to stop double officiating games. Nothing is checked unless the manager/captain

asks for it.

They clearly feel they can do it better so shouldn't be an issue.

Eventually players might stop appealing for decision they know are wrong when they keep either losing their reviews in the first 5 mins, or have to go from screaming at the officials to deciding probably best not to review.
