Southgate does mot set up to be 'very attacking'

although he certainly does have some outstanding players in forward positions.

I don't think there is a huge difference between our defence now and 20 years ago - apart from at left back, where Ashley Cole was light years ahead of anything we have there now.

Possibly our greatest ever in that position.
