He will need time

This guy is a modern proper coach therefore will make players better…. in his style, that will take time maybe more than a season. I’m ok with that far more than the dross served up by Smith and Wagner signing experienced pros’ who know the game ??? Which players did Smiffy and shakey make better players? Building a team with young hungry players in a certain way of playing with one of the “statistically” best young coaches in Europe at developing talent. Maybe it won’t work but I would take that every-time over another Smith type appointment. Just hope the crowd stick with him, and give him the time and space he needs. Watched a couple of full games of his previous team and style is soooo much better than last few years at FCR. OTBC
