This appointment is much better than the last two hires.
Obviously it could be a s**tshow. But the profile of Smith and Wagner always seemed wrong - we knew what they could do, they seemed faded, old fashioned in their approaches. Bad fits for us, especially after the template Farke offered. Jess could be great, not something i ever thought the others would be.
Fingers crossed, its a big step up for him. Man management maybe the biggest test.
