Few thoughts after watching the interview

He is a very different coach to Wagner - clear philosophy, possession based domination style that is broken into specific phases where each player knows their role.

His teams must be extremely fit to play the way he describes. Despite the assurances of last season, we didn't seem any fitter than most teams last year so that will be another adjustment for the squad.

Love his desire to bring youth through to the first team.

He seems very smart and disciplined. I wouldn't like to get on his bad side.

Him and Knapper seem to be starting a bit of a Bromance.

Overall, this is exciting for me!
