If Reform weren't on the scene then it'd be closer

but they are, and they will take a lot of the naturally conservative voters, so the Tories are going to get wiped out (how sad, nevermind etc)

The rump of the Tory party will spend the next Parliament jostling with Reform for the future of the right wing. Who wins that battle will determine if we ever get an electable centrist Tory party again.
