He fits the mould of what we're trying to do more than a Dean Smith/Wagner type.

Tho either of those guys would generally be regarded as a "safer" appointment (having experience in the relevant league/done it before at another club)

With this kind of appointment you'd think (Farke-like) he'll need a bit of time to get in, assess/shuffle/rebuild the squad.

Hoping that some of the critical voices in the fanbase will give him time.

(suspect that the patience (for me too) will depend on how quickly we see green shoots and how good he is at articulating the plan...)
