Before people get too carried away....
(1) We have traded a proven champs SD in Webber for one with zero experience.
(2) We are losing our Academy director.
(3) We are replacing a proven Champs manager who has guided multiple teams to the playoffs with a manager with no experience of English football.
While it is clearly "exciting" to have these huge changes all at once.
The variance of all these concurrent changes is clearly huge.
The outcome could be everything from amazing to disastrous. (Potentially setting the club back 10-15 years)
Let's hope it's Amazing!
