Bucking the trend... Sara

Replacing Sargent would be really tricky.

We'd get more from selling Sara than Rowe and we have a fair amount of cover in that area.

I don't think selling Rowe would stop us from having to consider middling offers for the other two.

Getting a decent amount of cash from Sara would allow us to hold out for more for any others, and look to rebuild further / better.

If Knapper can get decent money for Rowe, naturally, that'd change the algebra.
