I think Cuesta and Still would also need work permits

For the former his current permit would attach to his role, not more generally and it seems Still has Belgium nationality, and not dual British.

I know the betting markets always get it wrong - which is weird when this is a market when a good number of people likely already know the outcome - but Cuesta being favourite in a few seems like he hasn't been fully ruled out.
