I dunno….. if he thinks he’s that good, I reckon he bins them off and moves on

Anyone that is majorly ambitious doesn’t stick around at smaller clubs.

Compare and contrast lambert and farke - lambert massively ambitious, pumped full of self belief, zero loyalty. Farke nowhere near as ambitious, more humble, full of self belief, stuck around at clubs for a long time. I reckon he’d still be here if he’d been allowed to be by club and fans.
