There are some (arguably idah) who do suit that role.

Probably was worth a throw of the dice as he's got some potential and idah was getting grumpy on the bench (but was never gonna get better without game time and never going to be ahead of Sargent), He'd not have made a difference in the Leeds games, and has increased his value, so from a business perspective the loan out worked.

SvH didn't work. It happens and it's not necessarily anyone's fault. He may have been better in a different role or team.
