I think we can be fooled by randomness.

How many times have Watford sacked and it hasn't helped.
How many coaches have Stoke and Boro gone through to not get anywhere.
If we had sacked in November, the new guy would have looked like a world beater because....... we were clearly better than 17th but not better than 4th.

Finding better players works far more than sacking coaches.
