but let me stress the point once again.

I just don't understand the obsession with managers and head coaches.

I honestly 100% believe they don't make as big a difference as most fans think they do.

Maybe it's worth a few more points over the season just like a quality keeper is.
It won't turn a s**t side into a great one.
Often sacking managers is easy because you can't sack the squad.

Humor me. Lets say we had a great manger in here.
Would we have gotten to 85 points with this squad.
Not a f**king chance.

Just look at the bench quality we had most of the season.
The top teams are able to bring on quality game changing players. (at this level)

I will tell you how good our squad was....we are about to lose quite a number of them..... and most fans wont care....thats how good our squad is....
