It's easy

We want a manager who can get the most out of inexperienced players, persuade experienced players who are not past their prime to come into the squad to help mentor those inexperienced players, who can build a depth of squad to deal with injuries to any of those players, who can create tactics on the pitch that will confound all opposition at any level, who can also create a training regime that will ensure they could play 180 minutes of football without breaking a sweat, who is capable of delivering a TED Talk post match, writes program notes that will be used as study text for all coaches for ever.

Well that's what I want anyway.
