I don't think so

I think everyone liked him, especially in comparison to his immediate predecessor. But like many previous incumbents, his football never felt that it was going to take us anywhere.

Not sure any manager would have done much with this squad - but we might have enjoyed it a bit more on the way. And having got this squad to the playoffs, he then just didn't really have any idea about how to get that final push.

Last night wasn't about Leeds being a better team, it was about us not having the first clue against a better team. And that's probably more why he's gone.

It's not always about personal vendettas, sometimes it's just wanting to come away from a match thinking that the best part of the day was the match, not the other components.
