Build something long term.

Fans must be patient and galvanise behind the fact that truly competing in the top division requires a major rebuild and that won’t come quick. Stop wasting money on players without potential. No one joins unless we believe they can cut it at the level up one day. Give the youngsters a route again. We might not win every game but if we have a vision the fans should get on board.

Ipswich was Carrow Road at its best, the rest of the season it’s been really poor and the fans need to change too. Leeds fans showed us how to do it last night. We did it ourselves v Ipswich.
