Every top half team that don't get Champions League football in the prem: "Shambles from top to bottom"

Every team that gets relegated from the Prem "shambles from top to bottom"

Every team that survives in the Prem but have zero chance of going anywhere "where's the ambition, get a new man in, time for a clear out"

And on and on and on and on. Was it always like this? Probably yes.
