i read about that, madness. not madness really it is a scheme to build more f**king house

the council are barred under nutrient neutrality regulations so by doing this they say that the pigs**t not entering the water course which will reduce the polutants so more houses can be built hooray. all those houses all produce human s**t though that gets dumped in the rivers and seas on a daily basis. it's just a game to them. politicians and developers i mean. still, if it lines their pockets and gets them bestowed with honours who am i to whinge? they got rid of the wrong f**king pigs.
