Poor decision to start Duffy

Hopefully corrected for second leg.

Shows Wagner doesn't take discipline seriously and is happy for senior players to take the piss.

Duffy lucky to get away with four bad mistakes today (one in the offside). Not sure if it's because his concentration is s**t but not worth the risk when his distribution is bad anyway.
