So you're fresh enough to do the hard stuff on the 20. Think that's the mistake a lot of runners, just not going slow enough on the majority of their day to day runs meaning they're not getting the full aerobic benefit and risking injury. I find cross training on a bike can really help as it's easier to keep your heart rate in the aerobic zones and less strain on the joints.
