My opinion is clearly an outlier....

I believe the difference between a good/decent coach and a great coach is not that much in terms of long term results.

Clubs sack coaches but rarely does it fix the real issues at any club.
Watford are not even close........

IMHO Coaches are overrated and people like Webber and Knapper are underrated.
Youth recruitment teams are underrated.
Almost nobody talks about them when a club is successful.
