PM CardiffCanary. Forgot to mention, you remember those posters you could buy of a cartoon

scene of loads of people hanging out of windows, falling about, getting off with each other, fooling about, generally causing mayhem? Well The Brewery Quarter, St Mary St and Caroline St at 6pm Saturday night reminded me of them. Absolute scenes of debauchary, stag and hen doos, very little clothing on, or at least poorly fitting clothing. Chaos.
