I’m not so certain they are going to have a huge amount

to spend. They’re ownership will need to show a return and they’re in that difficult position where they won’t compete for the best players and could easily spend a hatful of money on very average players (this seems to happen to vast majority of promoted teams). On top of that it doesn’t work if you chuck huge amounts of money and off load the players who got you promoted. I know many of our fans gave Webber and the ownership grief over PL recruitment but it’s very difficult to get right and seems to get harder each season.
