I'm not saying it is a failure

I think he did alright at Hull last season, but shouldn't have been nominated for manager of the season.

I'd love it if he did brilliantly, he seems to be a really good bloke.

It does seem a short sighted decision, hard to see who they could get instead that would definitely do better
