got all the wood though, roofing shingles, waterproof membrane and roof nails left over from another project. got to house clear the in-laws property first though and then flog that so need to prioritise as the property market will dip for sure as there is a general election on the horizon. time is on my side however as the cheeky little soldier was only one last week. hope you are doing well bud.
