His success with Norwich meant he could have had his pick of SPL jobs but chose his career over his marriage.
Let's not all act like he didn't have choices.
His family also had choices as well.

It's interesting that his wife mentioned she wasn't happy about Paul's girlfriend situation.
That makes you wonder if that started before or after the split?
