saw a drunk in town earlier shoutoing st people and hitting things with a crutchs

signs and fences on my way to pick up some tablets for the dog. drove back and there were 5 squad cars there and loads of plod. five vehs for one drunk. hate to think how many would have bowled up if they weren't so chrinically understaffed
