Squad age is often a euphemism for wage bill.

It's clear if we don't go up we will have to clear out as many as we can and replace with cheaper options.
As previously said I could see an extreme clear out of CBs if you include Lungi in that.
I could also see us offloading Hanley as well from the wage bill if possible.
Players who we might like to keep like Lungi, Dimi and McCallum will have to go.
It's possible we offload one of our star players for huge money to finance a rebuild.
Even so I think we let a ton of contracts expire.
