I think he knows from his discussions with Knapper/Attanasaio that our future is very much aligned with a player trading model. Irrespective of what questions were asked I think he probably does have a genuine interest in lowering the age profile of the group. One of the reasons he thinned out the squad so much was that he wanted the younger players to be more involved and have a pathway. Fact of the matter is for a club like ours we can sell younger players for more money . I may be wrong but I don’t think we will see him go down the line of Duffy, batth type signings which in fairness to Webber he had predominantly tried to avoid.
