We had a limited squad under Lambert and still did well

They've been a good team this season no doubt but we've seen them play us twice and I've not been massively impressed with the talent on show. Other, lower-placed teams have posed us harder questions on the pitch. It's all about the points on the board though and they have those and though they've been lucky as I say you make your own luck to a degree.

They'll have an awful time in the Prem but they are back to being a proper football club again. Evans ran them into the dirt, their new owners seem much more switched on. I suspect some of their fans are in for a bit of a shock when the reality of life as a small club in the Prem kicks in but for now and for the summer they'll be on top of the world. They've had a s**t few decades so I don't begrudge them those feelings one bit.

Still can't beat us, mind :-D
