Yep

there's been a couple of times I could have bailed out and near on doubled my salary - but the available training and the flexibility in the day job let me build my career and still single parent (not the most conventional of setups).

CCJr, if he holds it all together will be off to Uni in the autumn, and once he's settled I might take stock & try something different. That said, every time I've thought that in the past there's been stuff come up in house to give me a new challenge. Next one looks like a potential closer blend of the tech/tribunal/industrial mediation stuff - which would be very nifty to be involved in and help mould.
