It would be very interesting to hear the BBC’s reason

for demoting the EFL championship to a footnote on their website given its level of attendance and how open and exciting it is. I cannot see any logical reason for pushing it so far down. I have nothing against ladies football (I hope it grows and shows the men’s game what sport actually looks like rather than the anti competitive lock in the top 6 has become) but given its level of support I have wondered all season long why it gets the amount of coverage it does on the bbc football page.

Are they kissing the backsides of certain powers (the premier league and their puppet the FA)
