Promotion is fine, it is being in the PL that is (these days) s**t

Let's be honest, if we can't offer a good chance of promotion then we don't attract the likes of Buendia & Pukki.

And without being in the top flight (and the cash it brings) we can't attract the likes of Sargent, Sara & Sainz.
