Fills me with no confidence

That we have Andy Hughes as a coach. He was a dreadful player and didn’t really strike me as a tactical genius on the pitch. I’ve seen nothing that says to me he’s a better coach than a player.

Club is full of ex Huddersfield coaches/employees from the youth team all the way through to the first team. I guess they are all the sporting directors mates.
