You wouldn’t believe the amount of times shop staff have to deal with “characters” that visit our shops, mainly of them regularly, quite a few daily. Nearly all are completely non threatening, a few are. Some of them possibly rely on the shops staff for bit of conversation, familiarity and routine and friendship. We don’t know what the precursor to this video was but should imagine the poster was quite a regular in there.
