I suspect it's the key to most teams

Championship budgets (even with parachute payments) don't realistically allow you to have a quality first XI AND backups with negligible drop off in quality. A significant number of injuries will f*** anybody's season in this league. As a club with parachute payments I suspect we at least have considerably better backups than most Championship teams.
