The misconception is that the DOJ indicts people... no a grand jury does.
A jury will also convict people too.

If you follow the line it's just political then that's clearly dumb as you haven't looked at the actual facts the Juries have seen in each of the 4 cases.
Those members of the Trump Cult don't care what he does. (proof its a cult)
They believe everything he says regardless of actual facts.
The good news is this spin doesn't work in the court of Law. There will be actual facts/evidence presented.

FWIW most US law is based on UK law so don't blame the USA for everything.

It's not perfect but the rich and powerful have access to superior legal teams and have a distinct advantage.
Thats a pretty big edge to have.

FWIW Trump is on EXTREMELY thin ice with one of his most recent online posts where he urged a witness for the Georgia case NOT to testify.
This is a crime. (Witness tampering which the FTX guy SBF had his bail revoked)
The problem is part of the condition of bail for his other cases is that he commits no crimes while on bail.
If they arrest him for this, then his bail could be revoked in the other cases.
His blasts at Mike Pence could be considered political speech because Pence is a rival for the GOP nomination.
